Something broken, a drill you think is wrong, or a question about your subscription — write to support@archletics.com and a person will read it. We answer within two working days.

If you are reporting a problem, tell us your account email, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If it is about a specific drill, the module name and the question text are enough for us to find it.

Managing your subscription

Archletics Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so it is cancelled the same way every App Store subscription is:

  • Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions, then Archletics.
  • Change plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep grading until the period you have already paid for ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before a period ends, or that renewal has already been taken.

During the free trial: cancel more than 24 hours before the trial ends and you are never charged.

Refunds are handled by Apple, because Apple took the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, but write to us anyway if something went wrong — we would rather know.

Restoring a purchase

Signed in on a new device and grading is still locked? Open the Archletics Pro screen — the one that offers you the plans — and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account that bought the subscription; a subscription bought on one Apple Account cannot be moved to another.

Signing in

You can sign in with a password or with a sign-in link sent to your email. If a link does not arrive, check the spam folder first — it comes from our mail provider, not from a person. Forgotten passwords are reset from the sign-in screen.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, from the account sheet in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account, every answer you have given, your practice sessions and your reading state go at once, with no grace period and no recovery.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — Apple holds that, so cancel it separately using the steps above, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.

Privacy and terms

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the agreement you are under is the Terms of Use. Data-protection questions go to privacy@archletics.com.
