Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms are the agreement between you and CodeNomad (KvK 95085270), established in the Netherlands, for your use of Archletics — the app and https://archletics.com. By creating an account you accept them. They take effect on 2026-08-16.

What the service is

Archletics gives you short system design drills and explanatory articles, records your answers, and shows you your progress. It is a practice tool.

What it is not

The drills and articles are educational material about how systems are commonly designed. They are not professional advice, and we do not warrant that any of it is correct, current, or right for your situation. Engineering answers depend on context these drills do not know about. Do not use Archletics as the sole basis for a production decision, and do not treat a passing score as a qualification. We make no promise about interview outcomes.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@archletics.com if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download or republish the drill bank or the articles.
  • Do not attempt to extract answer keys other than by answering drills in the app.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach data that is not yours.
  • Do not resell access or share an account with others.

Who owns what

The drills, articles, wording, design and code are ours and stay ours. Your answers are yours; we store and process them to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership over anything you write into an answer field.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features, including drills and articles.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the account sheet in the app, which removes it and your practice history immediately and permanently. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

Archletics is currently provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for any decision you make on the basis of material in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Archletics after that means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live. Write to legal@archletics.com first — most things are settled that way.
